Intro To Yoga

Hi Friends,

I’ll be teaching an Introduction to Yoga session on January 6th at 6:30pm.

Intro to Yoga is for beginners and avid yoga practitioners alike as this class will take us back to the basics, step by step. We will workshop foundational poses and spend time learning how our body feels in each pose. We will take our time meditating on our alignment, breath, and awareness eventually finding freedom in the flow. Even the most advanced yogi's can benefit from this "back-to-basics" class, which will be all about getting rooted to fly! We will dive into such topics in depth: Yoga principles, Asana (poses), proper alignment, Sun Salutations, breath sequence, and body awareness.
